This degree pairs well as a second major to almost any other degree program at the University of Arizona, from business and public health to journalism and food studies. Students are encouraged to study abroad in Mexico, Central America, South America or the Hispanic Caribbean, as well as participate in internships at organizations like the Coalition for Human Rights, Barrio Stories and the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade.
