Designed in collaboration with the Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, this course will provide you with experience and confidence, with an emphasis on leadership and shaping a 'culture of care'. The first year will see you learning the fundamental skills for mental healthcare while learning to lead and manage yourself, the second will consider leading and managing care, and the third: leading and managing service to develop your abilities to lead a team and drive service innovation.

GPA requirements may differ depending on the country you are applying from. This program only accepts candidates who have completed 12 years of school education. Otherwise, you are advised to complete 1 year of Bachelor's degree in your country or choose between International Foundation and International Year One programs.
