Psychology MSci

You'll learn about the structure of the brain as well as the perceptions, thoughts, feelings and actions of people. In years one and three you'll have optional modules to choose from. This is your chance to explore the areas of psychology that you find interesting. As we have experts from across the spectrum of psychology, we are able to offer you a choice from different areas. Forensic and Mental Health is a popular option. This module looks at offending behaviours, including the neuroscience behind them. You'll also examine the role of the justice system and health service in dealing with offending individuals. MSci degrees are undergraduate-level courses which last for four years and have an integrated masters qualification. They are the equivalent to a bachelors degree plus a masters level qualification. These courses usually provide additional industry and/or research experience to enhance your future prospects. An MSci is excellent preparation for further study such as a PhD.

IB of 36-34 is required with at least 6,6,5 at Higher Level. For 2021 entry, the application fee is 20 GBP for a single choice, or 26 GBP for more than one choice. This program only accepts candidates who have completed 12 years of school education. Requirements may differ depending on the country you are located in. Otherwise, you are advised to complete 1 year of Bachelor's degree in your country or choose between International Foundation and International Year One programs.
