To provide graduate programs with international standards, implement new interdisciplinary programs by examining and evaluating national needs and international developments in the fields of science and engineering, and help foster proficient researchers under these programs.

The candidates who cannot meet English proficiency requirements can apply for the English preparation program. ALES examination could be required for thesis programs.
