Psychology: Health Promotion & Behaviour Change

Humanities & Culture / Psychology

Master of Science(track)

Overeating, drug use, and unprotected sex are behaviours that are at the root of the most important health problems in the western world—with an enormous socio-economic impact. Too much stress exacerbates these behaviours. The Health Promotion & Behaviour Change track (formerly known as 'Development and Health Psychology') offers both the knowledge and skills for prevention and intervention of unhealthy behaviours, but also how to stimulate healthy behaviours.
