The program builds leaders capable of discussing economic, cultural, ethical and social issues related to international business and proposing policies regarding corporate social responsibility. Students acquire important theoretical knowledge in the fields of economics, management and behavioral sciences, finance, human resources, marketing and entrepreneurship, information technology, business innovation, and with them psychology, educational policies, pedagogical sociology and many others. The problem-based and case-based learning techniques that are applied during the training course are related to the actual business practice and its transfer to the school environment, and lead to the construction of creativity and innovative thinking in solving practical problems.
