The BA Interior Architecture/Interior Design program provides students with the skills and knowledge to develop and apply creative and sustainable solutions in the field of interior architecture and interior design. The program is firmly grounded in the vibrant city of Berlin but taught exclusively in English and geared towards building an international practice. Students explore the relationship between the spatial environment and its users and inhabitants. They are encouraged to pursue experimental approaches to interiors and develop the flexibility to accommodate changing living conditions. They learn to conceptualize, plan, and realize interior spaces and communicate their ideas in shifting cultural contexts.

Interior Architecture is a protected profession in Germany. In order to be entitled to use the title “Interior Architect” professional practice and registration with the Chamber of Architects is obligatory.
