To meet these challenges, versatile professionals and managers with a focus on the future, and economic and organizational psychology competencies in the interaction between man and the economy, are required. The goal of the "Business and Organizational Psychology" master’s program is to provide the technical and managerial skills necessary for overseeing and shaping the diverse conditions and contexts of workplace practices, economic and organizational psychology knowledge that can be successfully applied to modern organizational practices, essential functional and management expertise, and personal skills required to thrive in the increasingly complex world of commercial practice.
